經油炸的「獅子唐辛椒仔 Shishito Peppers(HK$68)」灑上小辣的味粉,而椒本身略帶甜味,非常惹味。「日式味噌茄子 Miso Eggplant (HK$68)」味噌跟茄子味道非常配搭,茄子口感軟綿吸收了味噌味道。
